No feedback after first interview, interviewee not prepared for the candidate, interview felt rushed. Emailed the HR representative to follow up 2 weeks after the interview with no response. Unprofessional and demotivating, especially for candidates that take the time to apply for and prepare for a interview with a large international organization such as Saipem.
