I had a first video call with HR, the chief of the tendering department and the cost estimation manager. After that, I was contacted again for a slightly different role, like "internal proposal manager" by HR and the cost estimation manager. Since I was in doubt if proceeding with a role in which I do not have any contact with external clients, I agreed with them to take my time to think about it. Later on I provided a negative feedback by phone. In the end, the selection process has been well conducted, even if there was not interest from my side.
