I applied online and was promptly replied to by the recruiter. We had a brief phone conversation, where the recruiter did an amazing job explaining the role. Then I had a Teams interview with the hiring manager who brought my potential direct report in toward the end. This was a great touch because I think it's important to have all levels' buy in when hiring for leadership. Finally I interviewed in person with the CFO which, despite my nerves, was a very helpful discussion to determine if I had the skillset and whether I'd like the work. After this interview, I had a brief meeting with the office's Managing Principal where we discussed my background and the history of SIA Solutions. This was a very smooth and transparent process. Everyone was very clear about timelines and followed through with them. I am thrilled to be joining Salas O'Brien! It really shined through how much everyone I spoke with genuinely loves working for this company.
