A call from a "recruiter", who had no experience in sales and then another one with the "manager" who also had no sales experience. Job offer and that was it. No criteria. They just want to know that you can speak your own language and if you can sell a pen!!!!! ;))))

First, there's an interview with the recruiter, where the requirements are discussed and whether it's a good fit. Working hours, salary, etc. are also discussed here. Then there's a conversation with the team leader, where practical information is discussed, including expected KPIs, etc. The third interview was with the trainer and sales management. All interviews were friendly and not particularly difficult.
