Colloquio
I recently applied for an Account Executive role focusing on European emerging markets with Salesforce in Dublin. I was recommended through an internal referral. The recruitment process was transparent and smooth. Salesforce team was responsive and quick. Most importantly, they did exactly what they promised to do. The process consisted of a phone screen, another call with a senior recruiter that focused on my competencies and experience, as well as a fit with the role. Then they proceeded with a 1:1 personal interview with the hiring manager's manager, followed by a panel presentation and discussion. The last step was a conversation with a future team mate to ensure team fit.

Domanda 1
give a detailed example of a sales accomplishment from my previous role
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
