Initial screening via a call with their recruitment team, followed by a VC interview, in person interview (chronological), followed by presentation interview. Overall the experience was really positive, they communicated extremely well throughout the entire process and were particularly helpful clarifying the requirements and providing support for the presentation.

Technically, how is Salesforce different from it's competitors Oracle and Microsoft.
When discussing a previous Deal win in the presentation, questions were asked around how we differentiated ourselves from competitors, the challenges that were faced, objection handling etc
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
