Very long and drawn out. They make you "want it" by the amount of interviews you do. You can easily tell you are simply filling the recruiters quota based on how pushy they are for you to sign a deal. They tell you not to negotiate...um hello this is sales isn't it?
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
