After applying for the position, I was contacted by Salesforce to participate in a phone screening/interview with an HR representative. The person I talked to was very kind and we discussed the typical interview topics (job history, previous projects, growth points, etc). I then was moved to the interviewing process with two design teams at Salesforce. These were either virtual or over the phone and every person I talked to was extremely relaxed and easy to talk to. After interviewing with three separate people from the two teams, I was then issued a design challenge to complete in a little less than a week. After submitting my challenge, I was asked to come in to present my design challenge to the design teams as a final interview, and the following day I received an email and phone call with an offer.

The recruiter from HR consistently followed up within a few hours after every stage of the interview. I had an initial phone screen, a video interview with the hiring manager, and a final onsite interview with the team.

Interview process was timely and well managed. It was a 4 step process starting with a phone conversation with the recruiter and ending with an hour-long pitch to multiple members of the prospective team along with the prospective manager. The recruiter did an awesome job keeping in touch during the process and providing any support material when necessary. This pays tribute to the organization and transparency of Salesforce as a company. Overall the process took right around 2 months.
