Great! Seamless process from start to finish. I was referred by a friend, met with serveral different leaders and after a few different interviews, received and accepted the offer. Great experience all around and felt kept in the loop by the Recruiting Coordinators too.
Typical set up. Meet with Recruiter, hiring manager and then 2 more rounds (one with panel). Very quick turn around. Discussed examples of situations. Thought provoking questions, good conversation about the role and Salesforce culture.

Painfully slow and confusing. I didn't know what the next steps were or what to expect. I expected better from Benioff's team and was disappointed in the results. I just wish someone would have followed up with me afterwards. Got automated emails and did not reply to them.

The interview process was very well structured. Interviewers were warm & inviting. Each interviewer seemed to be prepared & had done their homework about my background/experience. They shared personal experiences on working at Salesforce and how they had adapted to WFH during Covid
