Had a zoom interview followed by presentation interview. Normal simple process. Tough interview on the presentation interview. Think of failing and why, think of questions like "what do you foresee being your biggest challenge"

The first interview was your normal sales interview with behavioral questions.
The presentation was hard, slide deck, one of the slides you have to present a salesforce app and explain the value (elevator pitch) which can be hard because the success stories are cluttered, then behavioral questions like "we're doing bad currently at Salesforce, why do you think that is"? had no idea how to answer that
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
