- Initial Phone Screen was fine pretty much like any other one. - Scheduling interviews were pretty straightfoward. - Technical Phone Interview: I have done over 70 interviews at my previous employer who is a much bigger tech firm than SF. I know I nailed the interview and was very confident in how I did. However, a couple days later, when I got feedback from the recruiter about how I did he said they were not moving forward. When I asked why he said even though they liked my DevOps experience(which is obviously the position I applied for) they were hoping for some incident response experience too. I informed the recruiter that the individual giving the interview never even asked about anything related to incident response. I would have been more than happy to give my incident response experience as I have years of it but I was never even asked anything about it or related to it.
