One of the best interview processes I've experienced. Although some people might find rigorous, it is assertive, respectful, transparent and fast.
For the CSM position there were four interviews:
- Screening interview with the recruiter.
- Culture and skillset fit interview with the hiring manager.
- Panel case with some potential peers and another leader.
- High level interview with the RVP.

Panel interview. Presentation style. I was asked to prepare a deck to a panel. After they asked questions. Fairly easy. I also met 1:1 with the HR recruiter and hiring manager. 3 rounds and then an offer.

Two rounds with recruiters then one with a csm. I didnt make it to third round. Very competitive. I was excited about even getting a chance to interview. I proactively reached out every step.
