Pretty quick and efficient interview process. First step with a recruiter and pretty general; why Sallie, knowledge of company, why you want to work there. Also know the mission -- they are big on that. I had 3/4 interviews if you want to count the recruiter first.

good process, three separate interviews with 2 managers and a colleague. went through a recruiting service to secure the interview. process took about 2-3 weeks from start to offer so pretty easy
