      Colloquio

Unfortunately my experience interviewing/receiving an offer here was not great. I did a total of three interviews and I could tell that they were interested in hiring me. They ended up extending an offer to me of $24 an hour. I told them I would need to review their benefits before officially accepting. They sent me their benefits which only included their insurance details and health savings. This was surprising because during an interview I was told they had very good benefits. That was it. There was no info on retirement plans, parental leave, pto, sick time, etc. I first asked for information on pto as well as paid holidays. They only offer 9 days off for the first three years of employment (at least in the state I interviewed in). After I asked again about holidays they told me they didn't have this information for me. I was really surprised by this response. Unfortunately, I was told I had one day to respond to their offer and they didn't answer until the next day so I had to answer their offer without any other information. I counter offered slightly higher than what I expected of course, but it was not much of a pay upgrade. It is also important to note that now that I had an offer, I mentioned a vacation I would be taking in a few weeks. Then I didn't receive a response until late afternoon the next day after I had followed up. They indirectly said they were no longer interested in me because of my expected pay. The message I received basically said we can't meet your counteroffer, good luck. I messaged back explaining I would be open to a counteroffer from them and I don't expect I'll be hearing back at this point. There were a few other red flags throughout the hiring process, such as rushed timelines and communicating during late hours. I know they decided they weren't interested in me because of my vacation which is a bummer of course, but I have no control over this. However, from how things went I'm sure I'll be glad in the long run that it didn't work out.

      Domanda 1

They mostly asked about my experience based off of my resume and with marketing in the dental industry and related job specific experience.
