I was contacted by someone from human resources and did a screening interview and then an in person interview. It was an intense interview with some hypothetical questions that I really struggled with as my experience is related, but not exactly the same. There were six people including the executive director and they were incredibly nice. I didn't receive an offer which didn't surprise me because of my lack of directly related experience.
