You have to pass a full day interview in the company (Bruz, FRANCE). interview with 4 people from the company (HR, R&D, operation...). 1 English test, 1 mechanical test and 1 logical test. They make a first selection (basically 2 or 3 persons). Two weeks later two other Skype interview with Marketing director and Chief base from Texas. They take the decision all together according to their impression. The staff was really friendly and the recruitment organisation perfect. Unfortunately, I haven't been selected, but I keep a really good impression of this company that I recommend.
