I thought our conversation was a positive one, and so I'd welcome getting a better understanding of what led you to feel that way. In respect of the interview itself, we really value our initial cultural interviews which we conduct with all candidates. This gives us a opportunity both to get to know each candidate, but also to provide them with information about Saltus and about what it's like to work here. Feedback from candidates suggests that this is a really useful stage in the process, and it's important to us that anyone the business engages with our values and can demonstrate behaviours consistent with those.
