I was moved into a room with a manager who was busy cutting shapes for like an arts and crafts project and she wasn't paying much attention to me but she asked the basics of pretty much all jobs I answered them and she told me pretty much that she doesn't care she already knew she was going to hire me and asked when I could start. Got the job and did the drug test and was hired within 2 weeks

I applied online and even called the store. Didnt hear back from Sams for a little over a month and just assumed I did not have the job. They later called and asked for an interview to which I went. I sat for half an hour to see Manager A. When they did not show up, the team lead for cashiers did my interview, but had the attitude that she could care less if I were hired or not. She didnt care about my portfolio, naturally, because it is for the bakery and has nothing to do with her. She then left and said she would go get Manager B. Manager C shows up 45 minutes later, just to say "Hi my name is suchandsuch, Im sure Manager A told you all about me." When told Manager A and B both did not Show, C then too left. Finally as I was seen, I was Thanked for accepting the Cake Decorator Position, Which not only did I not apply for, But I had no experience in it. I was constantly coached about my speed at decorating, even though I was told it was a learning process since I had NO EXPERIENCE. The whole process was the most Drawn out, Unprofessional, Stragest by far interview Ive Ever experienced.
