After you apply, you should receive an email for "You've been selected for an interview!" where you can schedule a time for the interview. At the star of the interview I was asked the "Tell me about yourself" question and was asked some questions about my response. Then he asked questions more on my ability to do the functions listed in the job requirements: can you learn to operate heavy machinery, can you work in fast paced environment, do you have experience in retail, and what is your availability. During the interview he also talked about the type of work you will be doing along with the format/system they use concerning employees and their pay.
