Easy- went in, told them I had an interview, waited for someone to talk to, and they asked some questions and talked about working at Sam's. Very quick, I maybe spent 10-15 minutes there.

Apply online and do the assessment test(also online) via the walmart/sam's club careers website not very difficult and the whole process takes about 20-30 mins, if screening goes well meet in person for an in-person interview.
