Easy process a 3 part process.First and second with the supervisor lastly with the store manager. They call your reference right in front of you. They ask them simple questions like if you are a threat to your self or others.

Apply online and do the assessment test(also online) via the walmart/sam's club careers website not very difficult and the whole process takes about 20-30 mins, if screening goes well meet in person for an in-person interview.
