Non Technical round with the director regarding the previous role and experiences.
Technical round covering clinical research, Pharmacovigilance ,ICH GCP guidelines and code of federal regulation topics.
Also there were questions to analyze the candidacy.

its Two rounds, first own with hr about personal qualifications next round with the director of organization.. its very simple questions but interview process takes too long and i got reply email after 1.5 months for crc role and its start up cro probably they wont have to take this much time
