A lengthy process to find the right fit, but worth it. The interview was professional but kept the interview light to not get too nervous. The multistep process was needed but feel it was needed for the position.

A video interview was scheduled via text, so I had no idea who would be on the video interview when I logged on. One of the two managers had video problems, so I only saw one of them during the interview. I was told I would hear back within two weeks regardless of the outcome. That was two months ago and it has been radio silence. My application still shows a status of "Application being reviewed by manager" even though another job I applied for after that already shows a status of "Pursuing other candidates." Not at all happy with the lack of followup, which is severely disappointing as I was highly interested in everything I'd read about the company and was hoping to work there.
