Applied online, had an interview with HR who was very nice, and was booked a phone interview with a PM on the current team.
10 minutes after the start time of the interview I received an email saying that the interviewer can not reach my number, and he is already unavailable to try again. We postponed the call and rescheduled.
10 minutes into the second attempt the phone did not ring, I thought perhaps another connection failure occurred but the interviewer had another commitment so ran late.
That left 20 minutes to the interview. The interviewer was disengaged and uninterested, and rushed through a list of questions without explaining more about the role. We only had 2 minutes left for me to ask questions, which was really enough for only 1.
A week later I received an email telling me that I did not progress. No feedback whatsoever even though I had 2 interviews, which is extremely poor for the standard Samsara claims to hold.
Waste of time and effort, as unprofessional as it gets.

Good and positive experience. Walking thru the process was very useful. Initial screening focus based on the experience one had. And feedback provided as a follow up. Enough time was provided to the candidate to answer the questions and ask any clarifications or follow up queries.

Extensive process involving many rounds - recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, take-home case, interview loop/panel with live case and behavioral, and then exec call. The exec I spoke with was not prepared for the interview and the call itself felt very disorganized. In my experience, the only interview that truly mattered was the exec call -- the rest of the rounds, case study, etc are a lot of time and effort for very little return, no matter how well you perform.
