The recruiter totally ghosted me ;(. She did not call during the scheduled phone interview and also never replied back when I followed up. It was not a good candidate experience. Candidates do set aside time from their busy days and do take the time to prepare for the phone call. The very least recruiters can do is to send out a quick email to let candidates know about the cancellation.
