      Overall, I was incredibly impressed by the recruiter (Megan Jo) for her thoroughness from the initial call giving me the lay of the land of Samsara, the role, and compensation, to setting up a specific meeting to prepare me for the "virtual onsite" and finally helping me line up an additional conversation with the hiring manager before I accepted the offer. She consistently checked in with me on how I was feeling about the role and provided me with the information that allowed me to go into each interview round confident that I could just be myself and ensure Samsara was a good fit for me. Megan Jo was transparent, genuine and felt like a teammate throughout. The people I was able to meet during the interview process were a diverse group that were clearly trained on how to run an interview and pushed me to go deeper and deeper on my answers. I felt like at every step of the way they took this process as seriously as I did. Overall, a great interview experience that I am very hopeful leads to a great career in Customer Success at Samsara!

      Multiple rounds It would be weeks in between each one to so took forever, the pay was too low for requiring 6 rounds and a project company seems to have this attitude that since they are a great place to work candidates should be willing to do multiple rounds of interviews for weeks at a time with no feedback

      The director reached out to me directly on LinkedIn and urged me to apply. The interview process was clear. This consisted of a series of two individual interviews and then a mock presentation. All went well, or so I think, I never received any feedback. My negative experience comes from the fact that I never heard from a team member, even with a rejection notice, despite multiple follow-ups.

      Colloquio

      Samsara is very efficient and doesn’t waste anyones time on scheduling and following up with interviews. Their team is clearly considerate and even has auto emails asking for feedback on their interview process. Had 5 rounds for their midmarket (scaled) CSM role. Rounds are: phone screening, hiring manager call, call with multiple hiring managers, take home test and review of said test, and final round is with executive leadership.
