On line application. Telephone interview with recruiter. In person interview with manager. Group interview with several managers. The telephone interview was very engaging. The in person interviewers seemed distracted and not really paying attention. Several kept checking their cell phones and appeared to be answering emails or text messages during the interview. This made the experience less than personal or a feeling that I was being taken seriously.

The process was transparent and well thought out by the recruitment department. Various questions ranging from previous experience, qualifications to future aspirations were asked. I appreciate the time and effort put into the process.

Simple and direct. 30 minutes and didn't drag out a lot of silly questions. Leading up to the interview I followed up and continued to find people I was connected to through LinkedIn and other connections. I already am in the tech industry so that helped me finally get the interview.
