First got approached by a 3rd party recruiter via LinkedIn, then interviewed on-site with few people from the Marketing team and head of HR. All in all it was a smooth process, got back with the decision 1 week post-interview from the 3rd party recruiter, so couldn't really ask or receive feedback on the interview.
