They asked me to present my graduate research, and asked about ten questions about my presentation. After that, two to three quesitons were about personality questions. The length of the phone interview took about 40 minutes.

We did on-site interview. They asked technical knowledge and my research. Interview was not difficult and the mood was comfortable. They introduced their teams and asked if I have interests on that. I also asked about their detailed tasks and I believe that was helpful.
