Interview process consisted of several (about 5) on-site rounds with large intervals of weeks and test project. The final round was with hiring manager to establish conditions and formalities. That meant that they were ready to make an offer, it was said directly. But hiring manager called few days later and said that their department experience some restructuring and they can't make an offer. This did not create any problems for me since I was employed, but looked unprofessional.
