An internal recruiter contacted to ask me to submit my resume. Around 2 week after I gave him my resume, he set up a time to interview. I had two interviews via Skype, and each session took around 1 hour.

Via 3rd party agency called for availability, then interview with Higher Authorities and HR at Corporate office, Dhaka. It was not a technical interview. After the interview the confirmation will come but employment will be under 3rd party.
