Strictly 30 minutes. A panel of local managers and Korean Directors attended. Informal interview where local managers asked most questions. I was advised to keep answers short and concise and to speak slowly to allow the Koreans to understand what was being said.

The interview process was pleasant and transparent with hiring manager stating clear demands on the role.
