Phone ibterview was easy, inly basic customer service skillss were asked.
Nezt round was face to face interview which had many questions.

Bloated group interview with activities meant only to gauge how quickly you can lie on the spot, no time for an individual chat with 20+ people in the group, basically leaving it up to chance

Spoken interview with a manger, was friendly and welcoming. The interview was quite long, had a pack of questions. Things like extra curricular activity was asked about and how you would deal with customers.
