First there was written round. This round consists questions mostly from digital electronics. Sequential circuits and setup and hold time should be through. Next there was technical round. Mostly based on resume. Asked questions about Verilog coding, CMOS based questions and detailed discussion about my projects. . It went for half an hour. After technical we had HR round. It was pretty much like anyother HR round.

The interview started with basic personality questions. Then I had to present some previous work/project experience and answered a couple of questions about the work/project.
Next interview I was asked about my goals, my strength and weaknesses and a couple more technical questions.
