After applying, I did a pre-interview screening over the phone. I was then invited for an on site interview, which was held with 3 higher ups in the company. Pretty standard interview questions, and overall not a bad process. My issue was after, where I was ghosted by the company and tried reaching out via text and phone calls to get an update on the position. Nobody ever returned my attempts to get in contact, which I feel is super unprofessional. When you spend time and gas to prepare for and get to an interview, the least they can do is inform you of the status, even if it is a declination! Wouldn’t recommend.
