I interviewed once for this position. It was a structured interview with two members of the IRB. Some of the questions felt redundant, but I imagine that maintaining consistency in your answers without worrying about variety will take you far. They provided a paper-based "quiz" at the end of the interview with sample IRB cases and responses.
