Interview was quite easy with several people asking random questions - in most cases, I did not feel the people really prepared for the interviews - SanDisk strikes me as an informal company

Was called by a friend to come in for an interview that week as they had a resignation and needed someone to replace that position. The process was very quick. Within a week I had an offer.

Went through several rounds of interviews, meeting increasingly senior people. Seemed like when they were interested or had time things could move quickly, but there were times the process just stagnated a bit.
