The interview process at Sandman consisted of two remote interviews: an initial phone interview for screening, followed by a 40-minute panel interview with two interviewers which included behavioral questions, situational scenarios, and questions specific to the job’s technical requirements.

I applied for the position after seeing the job posting. I then received a phone call to schedule an interview. I attended the interview in person, and later received a phone call informing me that I was hired, completing the recruitment process.
