I gave three rounds of interview.
1. RTL Design Engineer of Sankalp took my interview. As my basics were clear It didn't take to much time to impress the interviewer. More over it was 2 and half hours session.
2. Kolkata head took my telephonic interview and asked me from the specific domain i will work on. It took 1 hour max.
3. At the HR round was mere formality.

It is a Telephonic interview for around 1 hour.
Covers Previous work experience.
Also covered digital CMOS, Sequential gates and combinations circuits based questions.
They are looking for self motivated employees.
Followed by Technical interview 2nd round HR round. They explained the company policies.
