Interview process was great. I did a combination of in person and phone interview. My dilemma was the follow-up process was awful. I called and left messages and no one has gotten back to me. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I do not think I would want to work for a company who do not could care less about making a return call or following up with a interview candidate.

The talent advisor was extremely unprofessional and rushed me off the phone. Our scheduled 20 minute call lasted 7 minutes. She did not give me any opportunity to show what I could bring to Sanofi. She only asked questions about administrative product experience. When I asked questions about the role, she wasn’t able to adequately answer them. She told me she’d follow up with me to schedule the next interview, and that it’ll be 2-3 rounds of interviews. I never heard from her. I always saw Sanofi as a great company that I would like to work for, but this experience has completely changed my mind.
