Submission of C.V to HR then short listing of them then HR interviewing then short listing according to job needs by direct manager followed by direct manager interviewing for the specific job skills and personal skills and job experience followed after short listing by commitie interviewing then final interviewing with HR to set the basic salaries and benifits and signing the contract
