Process does stretch on for a month plus. I had an interview, was told I was a finalist and the recruiter reached out to confirm salary expectations and then I was ghosted. After putting in effort and multiple conversations the recruiter should still close the loop even if you aren’t selected. Doesn’t give a good impression of the company.

First contact via email to agree on a date for interview with recruiter. Interview done. Not additional information received. In the career portal appears as "interview with the recruiter". This was already more than one month ago and still not answer, neither to my emails
