Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Sanofi nel mese di mar 2021
Colloquio
- First step I recorded myself through Sanofi Website where I had to answer several question about my motivation and previous experience.
- Second step, HR contacted me (2 or 3 weeks after) to ask my availability and schedule for a meeting with the manager, then we exchange emails to confirm the meeting.
- Third step, the meeting with managers went fine, they presented the company, jobs and team. They asked questions about my motivation and experience and I asked questions about the job. It last 1h. They told me they will contacted me within a week for the next step.
-A week after no news so I asked the HR, no update, the week after I followed-up twice or three times, now reply from the HR.
Very disappointed, even after those 3 steps and 2 months in the process, I expected at least to get an answer from the HR but nothing.

1 entretien en ligne, une liste de questions qui apparaissent et vous devez y répondre en 2 à 3 minutes maximum. Puis un entretien téléphonique avec le HR et un entretien sur zoom avec les managers

Differents entretiens dont le premier en visio sans RH en face. Plusieurs questions a repondre chacune avec un temps défini: se présenter, atouts, défauts, entreprise etc. Il faut bien etre préparé sur les questions de bases comme sur soi et sur l'offre en question.
