Well organised, initial interview with two managers and second interview with a director. Lots of information available on their website to prepare - they are very focused upon competency based interviewing. They also seemed to genuinely care that you care about what your talking about. The interviewers were pleasant and encouraging and very open for follow up contact if I had any other questions after leaving the interview.
