As usual. First screening interview, like everywhere else, then on site interview with several prospective managers. Each one had his or her particular style. Then a few weeks of total silence, and when you think they forgot about you, you may get a call with an offer. The recruiters are fairly bad at communicating with the candidates. Don't take it personally, it wasn't you or anything you did, they do that to everyone, even internal candidates.
