I’m a relatively senior level candidate coming from a fast-paced background. The interview process was standard, but I did not hear back from the company on how my final round went. While it’s understood that they won’t be moving ahead with candidature it speaks volumes about the professional work ethics, personality and character of the people (both in HR and in business). Based on my experience- I won’t accept an offer even if I’m extended one. A little bit disgusting to be honest. Not to mention, that the technical skills that they discussed during the interview were disparate from what was mentioned in the job profile. The hiring manager seems to not have had a lot of experience in hiring in the first place. Based on this experience I question the culture of that team for ambitious individuals with an attitude to accomplish goals
