The poorest interview process that I ever had. Incapable of scheduling the next steps after 5 months. Deeply disappointing. They sent a codesignal challenge first, and then a 1-hour interview someone from Canada. The position is based in Spain btw. After a week, they sent an email stating that the interview was a success and soon they will get in touch with me. Then it's just ghosting, no news for weeks etc. Then they reposted the job several times on linkedin. I applied again but this time I was referred by an employee. After a couple of weeks, I received an email and they wanted to repeat the 1-hour interview. Then I asked why do we repeat? They replied it was a mistake, we are not gonna repeat but will do the next step. Silence, again. For a couple of weeks more. Then I sent a few more reminder messages but no luck. The recruiter who is also in my linkedin contacts shares a message like how she is grateful to be on vacation for 3 weeks. Then I asked for a backup HR and their manager was asking someone else for the heads up. Again, no answer. Finally, after 5 months that I got applied and spent time and effort and passed 2 interviews, they sent an automated rejection mail in spanish. Then I wrote them again about how they lose talents just because of their incapacity. Finally they replied with an excuse email etc while ignoring my previous messages. Terrible terrible terrible.
