The process seemed to be going well, and they told me during the interview to start preparing for the job. Then they ghosted me. No explanation. A college should do better.

They seemed like nice people and were excited to meet me. They offered to provide more information and made it appear that I was progressing in a positive light. But then, they ghosted me. As a person who has been in their position, I would never ghost a job candidate, especially not after making it appear that they were being seriously considered.
