Phone interview with primarily behavioral questions such as "What is accountability to you?/How would your last employer describe your work ethic?/Describe a time you worked on a team". Interviewer started off explaining the position and the format of the interview. It was a very quick and short interview totaling around 20 minutes. Phone call quality on their end is bad, so you have to pay close attention and be in a quiet place. Did not get a rejection email, so I had to check the listing which is how I found out the job was taken.
