Brief. Abrupt. I was preeminently qualified. Hard to believe anyone exists who is more qualified to be an IT Generalist. Seemed like they already knew who they were going to hire, and were simply following required protocol. I found out later county government here hires people who already have a family member or family friend in County Government, especially if Hispanic. Based on who they hired, I saw no refutation of this premise.
